The Mediterranean Balcony consists of independent small maisonettes in the Leuktron area of West Mani overlooking the village and bay of Stoupa. Ideal place for peace and relaxation while enjoying the wonderful view.

Each residence is 40 sq.m. and consists of, attic in which there is a bedroom with a large double bed and wc and the ground floor space that has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable space with dining area and sofa bed (single). Stoupa is a village of Messinian Mani, which combines mountain and sea. It is 45 kilometers from the city and 55 kilometers from Kalamata airport.
